About Me

My name is Leann McNaughton, and I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including cardiac and neurological care. I hold two degrees, and my work requires constant attention to detail, quality assurance, and auditing of clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and safety.

In medicine, small issues that are overlooked can quickly become serious problems. My training focuses on identifying risks early, asking the right questions, and ensuring systems are functioning the way they should.

Priorities and Approach

  • Financial Transparency: Helping homeowners better understand how association funds are allocated and used.
  • Responsible Spending: Encouraging thoughtful, cost-conscious decisions that prioritize long-term value.
  • Maintenance & Upkeep: Supporting consistent attention to shared spaces and community infrastructure.
  • Clear Communication: Improving how information is shared so residents can stay informed and engaged.
  • Practical Oversight: Reviewing decisions carefully with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and accountability.

What Homeowners Can Expect

As a board member, I approach the role with preparation, consistency, and a focus on practical outcomes. Homeowners deserve thoughtful review of decisions, clear communication, and steady attention to the systems that impact our community day to day.

My goal is to support a well-maintained neighborhood, responsible use of resources, and long-term planning that helps protect property values.

Community Background

My family has been part of this community since 2003, and I have lived here since 2018. I care deeply about this neighborhood and believe homeowners should have confidence in how community matters are handled.

Contacting Me

As a board member and neighbor, I welcome homeowner concerns, questions, and information about shared community issues.
